Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Load/unload trucks and organize inventory with precision using RF scanners
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA-approved)
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends during peak seasons
- Clean pre-employment drug test and background check
