Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, load, and unload pallets and goods efficiently
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Inspect and perform basic maintenance on forklifts daily
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse workflow
- Stack and organize inventory in designated storage areas
- Assist in receiving, stocking, and shipping processes
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (Osha 10-hour preferred)
- Minimum 1 year experience operating sit-down forklifts
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety standards
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Spanish bilingual a plus
