Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment with precision and safety compliance
- Load/unload trucks and containers while maintaining inventory accuracy
- Perform daily equipment inspections and preventive maintenance checks
- Optimize warehouse layout and storage systems for maximum efficiency
- Adhere to OSHA standards and company safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production goals
- Complete documentation for inventory movements and equipment usage
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA-approved)
- 2+ years of warehouse or industrial equipment experience
- Ability to read blueprints, labels, and inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Physical stamina for standing/lifting (up to 50 lbs)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic math and inventory management skills
