As a critical member of our fulfillment team, you will ensure our customers receive their orders accurately and efficiently. No prior warehouse experience is required—we provide on-the-job training!
Responsibilities
- Select, scan, and pack merchandise according to customer orders with high accuracy.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to track inventory.
- Ensure all packaging materials are used efficiently and orders are prepared for shipment.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in compliance with safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and efficiency goals.
- Perform light physical tasks including standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical labor.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled warehouse environment.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Experience with barcode scanners is a plus but not required.
