Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, stack, and organize palletized goods
- Conduct pre-shift safety inspections and maintain equipment logs
- Collaborate with warehouse team to ensure efficient inventory flow
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company quality standards
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks and cross-docking activities
- Maintain accurate inventory records using WMS systems
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (current or obtainable within 30 days)
- 1+ years of warehouse/forklift experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- High school diploma or equivalent required
