Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down forklifts to move, load, and unload palletized materials
- Perform daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks
- Manage inventory counts and warehouse organization systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet weekend delivery targets
- Enforce strict safety protocols and report equipment malfunctions
- Maintain accurate documentation of warehouse transactions
- Assist in training new weekend shift personnel
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift operator license
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 4 PM)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems preferred
