Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts for material movement and inventory management
- Perform pre-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Load/unload trucks with precision using proper stacking techniques
- Maintain accurate inventory records via warehouse management system
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production goals
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA-approved)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Flexible availability for Saturday/Sunday shifts (5am-1pm or 1pm-9pm)
- Pass background check and drug screening
