Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, load, and unload inventory
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance
- Collaborate with warehouse team to streamline weekend operations and meet production targets
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company inventory management procedures
- Document all material movements and inventory counts using warehouse management systems
- Assist with warehouse organization and cleanliness during weekend shifts
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse/forklift operation experience
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying temperature conditions
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking systems
- Flexible availability to work weekends (Friday-Sunday) with occasional overtime
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
