Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Maintain organized inventory counts and conduct cycle counts as scheduled
- Inspect products for quality compliance and report discrepancies immediately
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and maintain a clean work environment
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy with willingness to learn WMS systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Excellent teamwork skills with proactive communication abilities
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
