Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move materials efficiently and safely
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Load/unload trucks and organize inventory in designated warehouse zones
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with team members to optimize loading/unloading operations
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Reliable transportation to industrial park location
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screen
