Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using provided RF scanners and pallet jacks
- Operate warehouse equipment (electric pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper training
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic stock counting and verification
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols while handling diverse merchandise
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours with provided ergonomic support
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
- Willingness to complete company-provided equipment certification
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
