Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment in compliance with OSHA standards
- Load/unload shipments and organize inventory in designated warehouse zones
- Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Implement safety protocols to prevent workplace accidents
- Assist with general warehouse cleanup and organization tasks
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain prior to start)
- 1+ years of warehouse or forklift operation experience
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun) with potential overtime
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
