Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in a high-volume warehouse environment
- Accurately load/unload trucks and containers using pallet jacks and electric pallets
- Maintain inventory accuracy through RF scanning and cycle counting protocols
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety standards and company safety procedures
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize weekend workflows
- Operate in temperature-controlled zones (40°F-95°F) as required
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of recent forklift operating experience
- Valid OSHA forklift certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety compliance
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
- Flexibility to work Saturday/Sunday shifts (6:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Experience with RF scanning technology preferred
