Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with precision using RF scanners and handheld devices
- Inspect products for quality and accuracy before packaging
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Maintain clean and organized workstations following OSHA standards
- Meet daily productivity targets while maintaining quality standards
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow efficiency
- Participate in inventory counts and cycle counts as required
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours in a warehouse environment
- Basic math skills for inventory verification
- Reliable transportation to our Phoenix facility
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including early mornings
- No felony convictions (required for warehouse access)
