Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to load/unload shipments safely and efficiently
- Verify inventory accuracy using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Maintain clean and organized work areas per OSHA and company standards
- Inspect equipment daily and report maintenance needs promptly
- Collaborate with team members to meet weekend production targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulatory compliance requirements
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift operator license (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Flexible availability for Saturday/Sunday shifts (5 AM - 1 PM)
