Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to specifications using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper safety protocols
- Perform quality control checks to ensure product integrity and accuracy
- Maintain organized inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to all safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn RF scanning technology
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Valid driver's license and forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation to the 451 Industrial Park Drive location
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work overnight shifts (typically 10 PM - 6 AM) with flexible scheduling
