Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, load, and unload pallets and goods efficiently
- Perform daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks to ensure optimal performance
- Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation for all warehouse operations
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company policies at all times
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production and delivery targets
- Assist in warehouse organization and space optimization initiatives
- Support weekend shift operations with flexible scheduling availability
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA or equivalent)
- Minimum 1 year experience operating sit-down and stand-up forklifts
- Strong knowledge of warehouse safety standards and inventory management
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Reliable transportation and consistent weekend availability
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking and documentation
- Pre-employment background check and drug screen required
