Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in high-volume warehouse environments
- Accurately load/unload shipments using advanced pallet jacks and conveyors
- Maintain strict inventory control via WMS systems and barcode scanning
- Execute daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Adhere to OSHA standards and company safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless shift transitions
- Support inventory audits and cycle count initiatives
- Operate in temperature-controlled (55-75°F) climate zones
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift operator license (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year experience operating industrial forklifts
- OSHA 10-hour General Industry certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math and inventory management skills
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Flexibility to work Saturday/Sunday shifts (6 AM - 6 PM)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
