Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in a high-volume warehouse setting
- Accurately load/unload shipments using proper stacking techniques
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Maintain organized inventory records and warehouse organization
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with weekend team to meet daily production targets
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory reconciliation tasks
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/forklift operation experience
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for weekend shifts
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
