Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Load/unload trucks with precision and adhere to strict safety protocols
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Collaborate with weekend crew to optimize loading dock efficiency
- Follow OSHA safety guidelines and company security procedures
- Assist with warehouse cleanup and organization during shift changes
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse or forklift operation experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 6AM-2PM)
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
