Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, load, and unload palletized goods
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure optimal safety performance
- Manage inventory counts and document material movements in WMS system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet weekend shipping deadlines
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines
- Maintain clean and organized warehouse work zones
- Communicate effectively with shift supervisors and quality control teams
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift operator license (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year of recent forklift experience in warehouse setting
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday 6AM-6PM)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Valid Florida driver's license preferred
