Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and move materials safely and efficiently.
- Perform daily pre-shift and post-shift equipment inspections and maintenance checks.
- Organize and stack inventory according to safety regulations and company standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure timely order fulfillment and accurate inventory counts.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and warehouse policies at all times.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper waste disposal.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant).
- Previous experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or industrial setting.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required.
