Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse facility.
- Perform routine safety checks on forklift equipment and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders to meet daily production targets.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Assist in inventory counts and cycle counting processes as required by management.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely shipping and receiving of goods.
Qualifications
- Certified forklift operator (OSHA 10/30 or equivalent).
- Minimum of 1 year of recent experience operating forklifts in a warehouse environment.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and occasional holidays.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols strictly.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning barcodes and logging data.
