Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to move, load, and unload materials
- Inspect equipment daily for safety and operational efficiency
- Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency
- Perform basic warehouse maintenance and housekeeping duties
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 7 days)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or forklift operation experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Reliable transportation to Harbor Dr, Baltimore, MD
- Availability for weekend shifts (Fri-Sun 6am-2pm)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
