Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to safely load and unload freight in a fast-paced environment.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance issues immediately.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems.
- Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and adheres to all OSHA safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily shipping and receiving targets.
- Assist in the breakdown and staging of incoming pallets.
Qualifications
- Valid and current forklift certification (Class A, B, or C).
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing is preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday - Sunday).
