Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move materials within 50,000 sq ft warehouse
- Load/unload trucks using pallet jacks and electric pallets while maintaining inventory accuracy
- Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company inventory procedures
- Collaborate with weekend team to optimize loading dock efficiency
- Document daily activities using warehouse management system (WMS)
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift license (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- 1+ years warehouse/forklift experience in fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Flexibility to work weekends (6 AM - 6 PM shifts)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
