Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently in a high-volume environment.
- Load and unload trucks with precision, ensuring cargo security and proper weight distribution.
- Perform pre-shift and post-shift inspections of equipment to identify and report any mechanical issues.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Follow all safety protocols, OSHA guidelines, and company policies strictly.
- Assist with inventory organization and cycle counting as required.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (required for immediate consideration).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly; comfortable working on your feet for long shifts.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
