Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload trucks and trailers in strict accordance with safety protocols.
- Perform daily inventory checks and maintain accurate stock levels.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Follow all company policies, OSHA regulations, and safety procedures at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping goals.
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain certification).
- Proven experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or reach trucks.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety standards and best practices.
- Ability to work weekends and overtime as required by business needs.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for inventory counting.
