Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with accuracy and efficiency.
- Load and unload trucks safely using proper lifting techniques and equipment.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (after training), and handheld scanners.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and compliance with company standards.
- Perform inventory counts and assist in stock organization to ensure accurate inventory levels.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – We will train the right candidate.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Basic math skills for counting inventory and verifying orders.
- Attention to detail is essential for ensuring order accuracy.
- Reliability and punctuality are required.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not mandatory.
