Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts (sit-down/stand-up) in warehouse environments
- Load/unload trucks and organize inventory using RF scanners
- Maintain accurate warehouse records and digital reporting systems
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and conduct daily equipment checks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow
- Support inventory audits and cycle counting initiatives
- Operate auxiliary equipment (pallet jacks, order pickers) as needed
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA/ITP preferred)
- 1+ years warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for digital reporting systems
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)
