Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery (Forklift, Pallet Jack, etc.) to load and unload materials safely and efficiently.
- Ensure accurate inventory counts and maintain proper stock organization on the warehouse floor.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace in strict compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Perform thorough pre-shift equipment inspections and safety checks before operation.
- Collaborate effectively with team leads and other staff to meet daily production targets.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and quality control standards.
Qualifications
- Certified forklift operator (OSHA 10/30 certification preferred).
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution center is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
