Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Receive, inspect, verify, and stock incoming merchandise.
- Pack, label, and prepare products for shipment, ensuring accuracy and compliance with safety standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the loading dock and storage areas.
- Assist in performing cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure stock accuracy.
- Load and unload trucks in a timely manner during peak shipping seasons.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety procedures, and OSHA regulations.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety.
- Valid forklift certification (if required by role).
