Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment (Reach Truck, Pallet Jack) safely and efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Pick, pack, and stage orders accurately according to work orders and shipping schedules.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and perform minor maintenance checks as required.
- Load and unload trailers and trucks in a timely manner.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and other warehouse staff.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (CFP) license is required.
- Previous experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or logistics setting.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and documentation.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and navigate uneven surfaces.
- Valid driver's license (optional but preferred).
