Responsibilities
- Pick merchandise from the warehouse shelves based on customer orders and packing slips.
- Verify item quantities, descriptions, and quality before packing.
- Package items securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Label packages accurately with shipping information and barcodes.
- Maintain a tidy and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems correctly.
- Assist in inventory cycle counts and stock rotation as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8-10 hour shifts).
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills to follow safety protocols.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends.
