Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move palletized materials
- Perform pre-shift inspections and basic equipment maintenance
- Load/untract trailers while maintaining precise inventory documentation
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company SOPs
- Collaborate with weekend team to optimize warehouse efficiency
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
- Maintain clean, organized work areas in compliance with 5S standards
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA-approved)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
- Reliable weekend availability (Sat/Sun)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- WMS experience preferred but not required
