Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to load, unload, and transport goods within the warehouse and to delivery vehicles.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and safety checks to ensure machinery is in optimal condition.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock is organized and easily accessible.
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
- Assist in the general housekeeping of the warehouse to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Qualifications
- Valid and current Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant).
- Previous experience operating sit-down and stand-up forklifts (preferred).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory counts.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
