Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and powered industrial trucks safely and efficiently to load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse.
- Verify inventory accuracy by performing regular cycle counts and maintaining precise documentation.
- Ensure the workspace is clean, organized, and free of safety hazards at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily shipping and receiving targets.
- Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs immediately.
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (CFL) or valid license is required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment (1+ years preferred).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong commitment to safety protocols and accident prevention.
- Basic computer literacy for logging data and inventory.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
