Job Overview:
We are seeking experienced forklift operators to manage material handling operations. You will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient movement of inventory in our busy Tampa warehouse facility.
Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to safely load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse.
- Stack and organize inventory in designated storage areas to ensure efficient workflow.
- Conduct daily pre-shift inspections of forklift equipment to ensure safety compliance.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment at all times.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies strictly.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock organization as needed.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (CL or CW) required.
- Minimum 1-2 years of previous warehouse experience preferred.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
