Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down forklifts, reach trucks, and order pickers to load and unload shipments.
- Inspect forklift equipment daily for safety issues and perform routine maintenance checks.
- Organize and stock inventory in designated racking areas to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
- Verify incoming and outgoing materials against bills of lading and packing lists.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company safety protocols at all times.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid and current Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant).
- Previous experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or distribution center setting.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and ticket verification.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Must be available to work weekends on a rotating schedule.
