Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, locate, and relocate inventory safely and efficiently
- Load/unload trucks and containers using proper techniques and equipment
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize workflow and productivity
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year of forklift operation experience
- Ability to work flexible weekend shifts (Fri-Sun or Sat-Sun)
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- High school diploma or equivalent required
