Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently within the warehouse.
- Load, unload, and transport materials to and from designated storage areas accurately.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment to ensure safety compliance and report maintenance needs.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using scanning systems and logs.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company operational standards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment and workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (Class A, B, or C) is mandatory.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing is preferred.
- Ability to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) and rotating shifts as required.
- Must possess the physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety instructions precisely.
- Basic computer literacy for inventory logging and reporting.
