Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts (sit-down and stand-up) to move, load, and unload materials safely and efficiently
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Verify inventory counts and maintain accurate warehouse documentation
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow during weekend shifts
- Assist in organizing warehouse storage areas for maximum space utilization
- Support inventory audits and cycle count activities
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year of experience operating industrial forklifts
- Ability to work flexible weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday) with overtime availability
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
- Physical ability to stand, lift up to 50 lbs, and operate warehouse equipment
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
