Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently to load and unload shipments.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock organization within the warehouse.
- Conduct daily safety inspections of forklifts and work areas to comply with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet production targets and delivery deadlines.
- Perform general warehouse duties, including palletizing, shrink-wrapping, and order picking.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid and current Forklift Operator Certification (Class A, B, or C).
- Previous experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
