Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, stack, and organize inventory
- Maintain accurate warehouse records through digital scanning and documentation
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize loading/unloading processes
- Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Support inventory control through cycle counting and stock rotation
- Train on new warehouse technologies and operational procedures
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA-approved)
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse/forklift experience
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Pass pre-employment background and drug screening
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Experience with pallet jacks and reach trucks a plus
