Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move, load, and unload goods efficiently
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular cycle counts
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA regulations at all times
- Inspect and perform basic maintenance on equipment before and after shifts
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to optimize workflow and meet deadlines
- Assist in receiving, storing, and distributing products accurately
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA-approved)
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse/forklift experience
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Ability to work in a refrigerated environment (when required)
