Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move, load, and unload goods safely and efficiently
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards
- Manage inventory through systematic scanning and documentation of warehouse activities
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate loading schedules and optimize workflow
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding material handling and workplace safety
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license (required for equipment operation)
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Basic math skills for inventory management and documentation
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Willingness to complete forklift certification training upon hire
