Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, load, and unload goods efficiently
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Inspect and perform routine maintenance on material handling equipment
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company operational standards
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize workflow and productivity
- Support shipping/receiving processes and quality control measures
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for operational excellence
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain through company training)
- Minimum 1 year experience operating industrial equipment preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays as needed
