Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts to move, load, and unload materials in warehouse settings
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure optimal performance and safety
- Manage inventory using scanning systems and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet daily production goals
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and company operational procedures
- Assist in warehouse organization and space utilization initiatives
- Participate in cross-functional projects as needed
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse or forklift operation experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including early mornings or weekends
