Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts (sit-down and stand-up) to move, load, and unload materials
- Perform daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks
- Manage inventory with WMS systems and documentation accuracy
- Maintain clean and organized work areas per OSHA standards
- Collaborate with warehouse team for optimal workflow efficiency
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company procedures
- Assist in cross-functional warehouse operations as needed
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Minimum 6 months warehouse/forklift experience
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screen
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
