Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, load, and unload materials efficiently
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and documentation using warehouse management systems
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and conduct daily equipment inspections
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse workflows
- Ensure proper stacking, labeling, and storage of goods in designated areas
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment as needed
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift operator license or ability to obtain within 7 days
- Minimum 6 months recent forklift experience in warehouse/distribution setting
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety compliance
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Reliable transportation to our Indianapolis facility
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
